PS3 vs 360

I love the PS3 and the 360 is good too, but not in the same league, I dont think.
The problem with the PS3 is the price and that falls completely on the Blu-Ray which is pathetic, I think. That's the reason the PS3 is so expensive. Now that Sony has realized how much money their losing by putting the Blu-Ray in and how little people use it, their talking about coming out with the next PS3 without the Blu-Ray.
Really, all you need, to get the same HD effect, is an HDTV...you don't need the Blu-Ray.
When they get rid of the stupid Blu-Ray, then I'll buy a PS3.
As windmill said...Resistance is the shiiit! I've played FPS games since the likes of Wolfenstein, all the way thru the whole Rainbow Six/Splinter Cell games and Resistance is the best I've found yet.

I dont know if anybody knew this but sony is losing like 300 dollars a console. I prefer my xbox 360 and gears of war is amazing!!

Get a WII the whole entire family will enjoy it. My kids, and wife play it nonstop. Even my almost 3 year old play tennis and bowling. And parents don't think this is the typical set on your butt video game system. My 2 oldest boys take Tae kwon do 5 days a week and play basketball 4 days a week and when they get done playing this thing they are beat. This is a great family exercise/fun system. Highly recommend it.

PS3 all the way, can anyone say Metal Gear 4 or Resident Evil 5. Just wait. The games will tell the tale. Also, the PS3 design is killin the 360. Plus you can play games from two other systems on the PS3 which no one mentioned. That is also a plus for the nintendo wii, which I think should have also been added to the poll. Never been an Xbox fan, never gonna be.

but anyway i like them all it doesnt really matter to me whats better this or that everyone has their opinion but i like all three the wii will be great i see for sports and the xbox for fps and ps3 for role playing and the 360 can play xbox games just a quick online download and its backwards compatable only great thing i think about video games name you can update them not like an old nes where your stuck with it as for the future who knows a better virtual boy.

My roommate has both, and I haven't seen a game yet that makes me want to rush out and buy either system. You know what I will be buying? God of War 2, which comes out next month. So, right now, the PS2 is still more interesting to me.

the 360 has better games right now and its cheaper. halo 3 and gow. soon a release of half-life 2, episode 1, and episode 2 all in one. and guitar hero. the 360 is better.
