Puffer changing color

My LFS has a dog face puffer that has a yellow belly and the normal coloring on top. Is it comman for dog face puffers to change colors like this in capativity? Has anyone kept a puffer that changed completely from normal (brown) to all Yellow?

I don't about permenatly changing colors but my blue spotted puffer changes colors completly when upset(like when I clean the tank). He will change to a mottled brown and white with no spots from a orange with bright flourescent blue spots. It's almost like he's camofluogeing himself to look like the rock. Sorry about the spelling.

My striped dog face changes color when the lights are off but back to normal when they come on. I have never heard of one changeing for good . Good Luck

Dog face puffers have many differant shades dependind on were they come from.
