Any of the toby puffers should work...what do you mean by aggressive...against other fish, or inverts?...most any puffer will eat an invert given the chance...though I have a valentini that does not.

My dad had a stars/stripes puffer with a lion, 2 triggers, and an eel in a 45 gallon but then he upgraded to a 90g.

I like the Valentini...cool fish...I always say, looks like it is just cruising and everyday is a sunday. Hard to say for sure if it will bother the inverts or not. I think you have a greater chance of success if the inverts are in before the fish is introduced, but nothing is gauranteed.
