Puffer Info

After my tank cycles I was interested in getting a puffer. I have a 29 FOWLR gallon. Does anyone know where I can get some info on these fish? Website, book, ect? Please let me know.

In a 29gal tank, I'd only suggest a toby/sharp-nosed puffer. They stay under 10" unlike most other puffers. Something in the Canthigaster genus...something like this:

You can do a search via webcrawler/google or something with the word "canthigaster" and you'll come up with a variety of fish suitable for your tank

The Valentini is a nice small puffer w/ character just as charming as some of the larger puffers; but still might be a little cramped in a 29gal. One of my buddies had one in a 29gal a few years back that did just fine in his tank, but bullied the inverts. HTH
