How is it acting other then not eating? Any spots on fins, eyes clear or cloudy, swimming or laying around?. Is it more active or sluggish after 11 days since problem started?. I to am still fighting my S & S and its problems so you are not alone my friend.

Other than not eating, he's fine. Swims like a little speedboat. No spots, or cloudy eyes. I sit in front of the tank and he goes through his noraml routine. I run my finger across the glass, he chases it.
Stumped

Now I am grasping at straws but think about this. When you feed is there some food that gets to the bottom (now be honest we all feed a bit more then we should). When do you feed day- evening? I am wondering if this fish could be eating some when you are not around to see it ( I have one fish that if it sees me it will not eat but if I hide and peek- Goodness that sounds childish doesn't it- I see it run all over eating like mad but if I come into view it stops and either sits looking at me or goes into its pvc tube till it thinks I'm gone. The fact it is acting normal really makes me crazy as to why you do not see it eat. By the way how is it mouth acting does it open and close normally or does it not seem to move at all?. I am trying for you but this is a weird occurance no matter how you cut it.

He will eat in front of me. Anything the puff wont eat the clown will usually get. I tried chopping krill and feeding it to him, he will lunge at it but still cant open his mouth wide enough.
When this finally straightens its self out, what do you recommend to feed him?
Thank you again for all your help :D

I would feed him any or all of the following, depending on your comfort level with buying the things. I use the following for my Puffs in the following cycle.
Frozen Krill and Squid (alternated each day- one feeding per day).
Frozen Formula 1 & 2 Cubes cut up just as they start to defrost (alternated with the above).
Frozen Silversides (couple times a week- I cut heads off phew!)
Tetra Min tablets ( 2 or 3 each couple times a week at night as treat and for them to chew a bit for those muscles and teeth).
Mine are too big to care much for worms, brine, mysis shrimp so that goes to their tankmates who enjoy that along with their worms and flakes (Puffs normally do not eat flakes).
If you see it eating anything at this point just give it a fair amount of that till it is back on track then work on hard things to chew. Altho, I do not believe in live food a few smaller snails will do just fine for to chew on or even a small clam with shell (this is what they like to chew on in the wild.
You have my best hopes for your Puffs recovery and good health. Scotty beam me up my job here is done for now lol.
