The ocellaris clowns will be fine.
The blue tang full grown is 12 inches and a dogface puffer full grown is 18 inches+.
If your set on a puffer a toby puffer could work such as the valentini or the hawaii blue spot.
Then i would suggest a sixline wrasse.
So it would be
ocellaris clowns x2
toby puffer
sixline wrasse.

vgl12 in theory an extra tiny blue hippo will be fine at first but it will outgrow the tank FAST! im talking like 3 - 6 months fast! so i suggest staying away from it until you decide to get a bigger tank! i would go for..
2x oscellaris clownfish
1x valentini puffer
1x sixline wrasse
1x purple firefish

i would go with a valetini i heard they are the least aggressive but it still might go after inverts and stars. i dont know much about puffers, some other hopefully will chime in.

i would definately go with the valentini puffer! its small, not that agressive and they seem to do really well in the aquarium! just watch it with your inverts,,if it starts attacking inverts buy it some snails to munch on! :)
