hey i was windering if ne one could tell me why my puffer isnt eating? i have a porcupine puffer and i got what the lfh was feeding him but he dosent seam to want to eat

how long have u had him? my yellow gobie did the same thing but after like 4 days he started eating. I think they r just still getting used to the tank

what are you trying to feed him, I have had puffers for years about 3 total, and they LOVE krill....
also try a mussell..
mine never liked the frozen gel packed stuff..
try that.

Add garlic to the food. Try fresh seafood from your grocer. Clams, Mussels, Scallops. Also you could try frozen from the pet store: krill, silver sides..
Sometimes Pork Puffers will go on a hunger strike. I've also heard of some Pork Puffers "turning off", which consists of them starving themselves and dying. Lets hope this situation is not the later.
Soak food in Garlic and post updates.
