Word is ...dogface puffs will destroy a DSB. If you have a deep sandbed you might rethink the dogface. I'm also pretty sure they will wipe out your invert population. The porkys seem to be pretty docile. You still better keep an eye on snails and crabs. I'm not sure if they'll chomp on your horses either. I don't think I'd put a puffer in a reef sitution. Just my couple-o-pennies.

Puffers have a need to chew, their teeth are continually growing so they need to chew hard crunchy things like shells, or corals. If they do not wear down their teeth they will actually grow so big that the fish will not be able to eat and it will starve to death.
