Puking Eel

I noticed today that my snowflake had puked up a silverside that he ate yesterday. As soon as he was done, he ate what was left of it. Pretty sick, but I was wondering what could have caused it. Is this normal?

Perhaps he's just being a glutten about eating.
You might want to post your question in the Agressive Forum to see if this type of behavior is common with eels.

I saw this happened once when my friend was moving a snowflake eel into a different tank. It puked the squid that my friend gave. But after it moves to the new tank, it eats regularly.

Might be bullimic?
I had my black edge moray do the same thing when I was doing a water change and cleaning the crushed coral. It freaked him out.
