I was looking at getting some Xenia that is called "Red Sea Pumping Xenia". Does it look like this?

Xenia like nutriient rich water and Iodine. IMO low to medium flow is ideal. Bought a small frag the size of a quarter about a year ago and this is how its spread.

The (red sea) white pumping zenia is very cool, I have a small frag thats about 2" around. A slow grower when compared to the regular variety. As for flow, they tend to like low to med much better than med to high. Correct me If I'm wrong, but doesn't zenia like somewhat of a "Dirty water"?

Another question....
How long does it take for this Xenia to stick to a rock? the lfs didnt have it on rock, well they did but at a higher price and i didnt want to get ripped off.

I don't think it will take more than 3 or 4 days, mine split and moved to an adjacent rock in about 2 days.

just put a rock on top of them or rubber band the peice to the rock. they will attach quickly. i just throw bits and pieces i chop off into my sump and slowly my sump is getting overrun lol.
