Pulsing Xenia

Should pulsing Xenia pulse constantly or do they stop sometimes??
How do you tell a good one from a sick one.

in my experiences with mine. i split mine in two, attached the cutting on a piece of rock. they grow like weeds. are they in alot of current? try placing them somewhere with not alot of current, they'll "pulse" again
