Pump/ Light ?

Just wanted to know how long my circulation pump is suppost to run? I have a 55 Gal with a Mag 9 pump. I have been running 24/7 is this ok?
Also how long do I run my lights? I have power compacts 2x96 watts.

I keep my VHO's on for 13 hours a day.
You want to explain how you are useing that mag9 ?

I have it down in my fuge system.
On my lights I have day and moon lights. Do I run the both at the same time?
