I'M SETTING UP A 75GAL MY PUMP IS TAKING OUT MORE WATER THAT IT SHOULD IT'S A MAG 7 AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG OR IS THE PUMP MORE THAN I NEED? THE WATER IN THE SUMP NEVER REACHES THE CORRECT WATER LEVEL. <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

How is this system plumbed up??Do you have an overflow or overflow box?? What is the max GPH of this overflow?? Does the water level in the sump stay at this low level,or does it slowly go down??(do you need to keep adding water to the sump to keep it from running dry)

IT SLOWLY GOES DOWN & I HAVE TO KEEP ADDING WATER.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE GPH IS I'M CALLING THE MANUF. TODAY. IT'S A OVERFLOW BOX.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY BUT I HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF THE OVERFLOW BOX NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED IT WAS SET TO HIGH & WASN'T TAKING IN THAT MUCH WATER. THANK AGAIN. I'M NEW AT THIS. :D

Glad you got it taken care of.
Since your new, I was just trying to point out some etiquette on the board, most people consider all CAPS to be rude.
