I WOULD LIKE TO HERE EVERYONE'S OPINION. HERE IS MY QUESTION. WOULD YOU GO WITH AN EMPEROR 400 OR A WET/DRY SYSTEM? ON A 68 GALLON TANK.

I wouldn't use either but If I had only those two options I would use the wetdry.

Given the choices...neither...
Sump, refugium, lots of Live rock and Live sand...and a good skimmer...

Actually, hippie...The question we need to ask you is...What kind of tank is this ..FO...FOWLR...or REEF...?
The type of tank and it's inhabitants will help in determining the type of filtration to persue...
