PJ, I hear you, but all that I know is these two little cuties had their babies in a safe, warm place. These babies are going to know nothing but safety, caring and love for the next 8 weeks. Then the shleter will place them with good families, and Tina and Heidi will be placed in a good home together as well. All of them will be fixed, that is part of the adoption process. While I agree there is a huge problem, these little dudes are going to be OK and have a good life.
You know it is funny, when we started fostering with this shelter I did not agree with their methods. They screen who the dogs go to, they do home inspections, they charge too much....... However after seeing some of the people that have come by looking at the pups (previous litters) and we had some neighbors that moved in who had a dog that they left outside all the time and barked constantly, I am changing my mind and thinking they are not doing such a bad job.
Anyway I have rambled on too long, let me go take some more pictures.
