Purple Lobster

I have had a 'blue' for about 3 months. He is in an invert only tank and is very animated, especially around feeding time. I have personally had no problems with him and any corals. My daughter has taken to hand feeding him a single piece of frozen krill each morning. While I am biased, they are striking animals with their sheet white antennae that look too big for them. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

Definately no expert, but I would figure that your SPS would be fine. I mean, the lobster eats meat, not coral, right?

i have a purple lobster that hides out in a rock with a hole going through the center, i use that rock to hold up a big rock like a tripod so i have tunnels and crevices and what not...neways alls i have to do is bend down and look through the tunnel i made and there he is...i give him a piece of krill once in a while, but most of the time he just scavenges off of the bottom
