Purple Tang.... White blisters? Doesn't look like Ich

Hi everyone... Long time no post!
My purple tang has developed 3 white spots that look like small blisters. 1 on the top of his head, 2 on his belly. I've dealt with Ich before and this doesn't look like it. None of the other fish are effected. Water quality is stable and good.
Any ideas?
I will try to get pics but keeping him still long enough is a task!

Yes, please post a picture. Did this happen suddenly or gradully? What do the blisters look like?

It's been really gradual... Last week I saw the spot on the top of his head and figured he was just scratched from a rock... This week the two on his under belly showed up.
They are larger... Like a small drop of water size. Working on pics.

Try not to mind the small specks (bubbles... I need to fill it back up, I'm slacking!) And it's kind of blurry but look on his side under the fin. The two big white spots are what I'm talking about.
He isn't breathing hard, no specks on fins, great color, eats like a horse... Any ideas?

No, the spots are not raised. You can see them in the pic above. The big white-ish colored spots under his side fin.

I do see them but I can barely tell what they look like which is why I am trying to get you to describe them in detail.
Did this suddenly happen?
Post up your water readings, including salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrate, nitritie, ammonia.

It's hard to describe in detail. It almost looks like he knocked himself on a rock or something. Way larger then I've ever seen as "ick" type spots.
They are flat, don't seem raised. Don't seem to really effect him in anyway either.
They came on slowly. 1st one last week, this week the side two showed up. The 1st one is starting to disappear (it was on the top of his head). It's not white now, it's like a pale-ish purple color where it was white?
Temp is 77
Ph 8.2
Amon. 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate around 10-15 (time for water change)
Salinity 1.25

Does he wedge in rocks? He may be scraping himself. They look like they are round.

They are round in shape. About the same size as a drop of water around. I wouldn't say he "wedges" himself, but he does cruise in and out of the rocks pretty regular.
So is it safe to assume these are scraps? Not something that's going to hurt him seriously or need treatment?

If you could post more revealing photos of the area, might be able to say that.
The fact that you have one that is healing up makes me think that it is. I had a blue hippo that used to wedge in rocks. He scraped himself us pretty good.
