whats is the purpose of a ro/di and how do you hook one up. do u put it undrer ther sink or hook it up to a fishtank

look at the same question from you under new hobbyists. I answer how I set mine up. According to the instruction sheet mine came with it removes 99% or the impurities. Most seem like they come with regular spigot connections, like garden hoses & washing machine lines. You can easily replace this with an inline connection for a cold water tap, which is in any room in your house where there's water. Hope this helps.
