I ordered the bulkheads on line, I got the Sch 80 heavy duty Hayward bulkheads. They were about $18 a piece on sale. But you could go with the regular Sch 40 bulkheads and they'll be just fine.
The overflow boxes I made myself. But you can look at glassholes.com sells them. Mark from Meleves Reef will custom make them as well as glasscages and a few other places. Glassholes website is probably the cheapest. They sell everything you need in kits for drilling tanks.
