Hey, was wondering how your seastar was doing 5 months later...wanted to know how things were after cutting the arm (another hobbyist may have a similar issue).

I keep meaning to get back to you as I read all your responses to people's starfish questions. I like to report that this doctor's emergency surgery procedure was successful! I had to amputate one leg completely and another one half way down. It is regenerating at the tips and other legs are just fine. I will dig up pics tonight for you.
