WHT DO YOU NEED QT AND HOW BIG SHOULD IT BE?

So you can treat your fish with medicines, such as copper without risk of killing your inverts. Copper will kill inverts. A 10 or 20gal is fine for a QT......
Edit: QTs are also good to put your new fish in and see how they do before adding them into your display tank.

if you have ich in your main tank and you put all of your fish QT well the ich die in your main tank after two weeks.
