QT tank question

I have a new qt tank 10g. It has cycled and it has fish in it. Can i add a hermit and some live rock? Also i have some red kelp can i add it as well?

well it is a qa tank ...NO l/r, and fish will be in it only intell you put them in to d/t it is not a 2nd d/t...

The fish will be in it for 3weeks, right? When i take out the fish can i add some cleaners to clean up? Will they be ok for 3weeks who will eat the food they miss?

Frequent water changes including siphoning gunk off the bottom is a good idea in a QT, I think.
