ok so, i set up my 6gal QT about 4-5 weeks ago and its been cycling since then, all my levels are good so today i went to the local ***** (shitty fish store- most fish have diseases but some are really cheap(dont give me crap i never go there)) but anyway i bought a 6line hawaiin wrasse and he looks good, i was wondering what was a good medacine to give this guy to insure that he is safe to go in my tank with the others, or should i just leave him in there for 4 weeks? - what da deal is yo?

The best thing to do is leave him alone [unless he comes down with a disease]. Feed him well, and offer a good, safe environment. That is always the best treatment for fish in QT.
You are step ahead of many just setting up a QT. Keep in mind, though, you can only put really small fish in that size tank...even if it is only temporary.

yea, this tank is just for smaller, cheap stuff, i drive about 3 hours to a really good store when i am getting the good more expensive fish, that guy QT's them for about 4 weeks and they are really good from him.
