Just wondering what anyone's experience has been with ordering from this site

I have ordered some Salifert Kits and a cleanup crew from here and was very pleased...
Ok I have to tell my story...
When I ordered the Salifert kits the Iodine kit had a broken flask from shipping. I emailed them, they returned my email the same day and had a replacement out the next. To me that is a quality dealer.

I have ordered six times from swf.com and I couldn't be happier.
There was one instance where two of the peppermint shrimp I ordered died during delivery and they sent me four peppermints for free.
