Quarantine and Frag tank?

Just wondering,
Do you need to quarantine all corals?If so how do you set up a Quarantine tank,like what kind of equipment I need?
Last thing how do you set up a frag tank?Like all the equiment for this as well,if you don't mind?I really have no idea about the frag tank.I suspect that if I have zoo's that spread rapidly i'll want to frag.

you might not HAVE to quarantine them but i would just to be on the safe side...if you do you will need your standard stuff light, filter, tank of course...you dont NEED to have sand or rock but you might want to have something in there to put the corals on

egg crate.
personally i dont QT corals. I used to just FW dip them before putting them in my tank. then i stopped and got zoafungus in my tank, so i started iodine dipping before i add them.
