quarantine tank??

i have a powder brown tang , a yellow tang and a large maroon clown how big should the quarantine tank be? would a 10 gal work? also do i need a filter in there or just a air stone? how long should they stay in there? i have two cleaner shimp also should i put them in there to? will ich live on my live rock can i leave the rock in my show tank??

if i use a q tank to get rid of ich do i need to lower the salt leval in my show tank also?

I would think a 10gal qtank is too small.
Do this, go to target and get a 30gal rubbermaid tub -$7-10 (lets face it we all ned to do a water change), take your main tank water and add it to the rubbermaid tub. If you have a powerfilter, sponge filter or just an airstone this will suffice. If you need to rapidly seed a filter, place the filter material in your CC or sandbed for 2 days. This is a cheap Qtank.
Ich only effects fish NOT inverts, do not treat the inverts.
