i was wondering how aggresive queen angels are because my lfs has one about 6 or 7 in long for 200 dollars and also is this a good price? the owner said it used to be his but he was setting up a shark tank and wanted to sell him he eats very good and looks very healty

I've had one for over a year... they're fairly agressive but not overly so. It chases a fish from time to time but doesn't do any damage. Any new fish I introduce though, they have it rough for the first couple of days. I put in a niger trigger and the next day he looked really beat up. But after the first few days she leaves the new additions alone.
If you put one in, it's best to be the last fish you'll add to the tank.

it will probably be the last fish for this tank but if i get the queen angel it will be bigger than all my fish by about 3 in and im worried it will attack my other fish since it is so big but it is a very pretty fish

My guess is that you have a 100 gallon because that's what it says in your profile? IMO, I wouldn't get a Queen Angelfish, they get WAAAYYY too big for a 100 gallon. You can get one when its tiny and grow it out a bit then sell it to someone with a bigger tank, but I wouldn't do that.

If you don't have a 200+g tank, IMO it is not even remotely worth it. It is a single fish that can completely stock, IMO a 100g tank. I would strongly discourage purchasing this fish on the word of the LFS. It is a "focal" fish that a tank should be built up around, not an add on, IMO. It gets big, and IME rather aggressive, and I think would be quite angry in a 100g...towards other fish.

It will take more than a year to out grow a 100 gallon if its 6 feet long. I would get it in the 3 to 4 inch range. It wont show much aggression until it hits its adult coloration. Once it hits the 6 or 7 inch a longer bigger tank will be needed. The really do well in 8 foot or longer tanks.

Dear hobbyist,I've had my Queen angel fish for over 3 years. Queens are aggressive, and should be the last fish added to your aquarium. Mine is about 10" ,and is about an inch and a half thick. I have it in my 150. I don't have a lot of lr in my tank, this gives my queen plenty of swimming room.

very smart move on your part.
Now what else do you have in mind? Bi color or any of the dwarf angels would do awesome in that tank
I would do the following. Add all 3
Bicolor
Flame
Coral Beauty.
Tons of color and personality.

IMo your tank is maxed out. You have a sump filter system set up?
IMo Dwarf angels need a 75 or bigger. They love to swim and they can get up to 7 inches some of them. Look into a 125 or 150. They arent that expensive. Your stuff could work on it with a good sump set up and you could sell the 100 to get a few dollars back. May cost you $150 total to upgrade.

i am probably going to be upgrading to a 240 or 180 but like i said it is going to be a few years so i cant put the dwarf in the 30gallon what would you recomend for it i was hoping something very aggressive for a speices tank and is there something wrong with my dog face puffer because he changes color to bright white to dark brown is this normal or is their something wrong with him?

You could set up an angler tank. Or a dwarf lion. They tend to get boring due to the fact they dont move much but check out some on Cranberry's set ups. They are gorgeous. Your puffer is fine.
