Queen conch question

Hi i bought a queen conch thursday and it was hard to tell if he was dead or not after a while he came out and walked a little but since then it doesnt move.this morning before i went to work it was upside down and when i came home it was in the same spot upside down.i guess my question is. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong.I will feel guilty if it was me who done this to him. :help:

Doesn't sounds good. The above are excellent questions. Generally, the larger the snail the longer it needs to acclimate.

Your salinity should be 1.025-1.026 for inverts. How long did you acclimate it? Did you do a drip?

IF it's dead....get it out, it can cause an ammonia spike!!

Somtimes, they can't flip over by themselves, it may just need some help.
