question about bulb wattages

hi everyone I hope yall are having a great day. i have few questions about my lighting i want to replace the bulbs in it cause its time to... my question is :: whats the difference between 10000 K and 12000 K and 18000 K is one better than the other or is it just what kind of color hue they put off?? thanks a bunch to anyone who can help......

The lower the K (kelvin) the more yellow the look. The higher the K the more blue.
6,500K is yellow, 10,000K is yellowish/white (depending on brand), 12,000k-14,000k is white/blue, and 20,000k is blue.

thanks so much this has helped me alot,, i wasnt completely sure about it, but i understand it now... thanks for your help.....

lower than 6500 gets into the reds.
the lower K's help growth, the higher K's help stimulate color and is more aesthetically pleasing (for most).
