Question about Cleaner Shrimp

Are cleaner shrimp generally hardy? I had one last about a week and a half and then died. He was quite active all over the tank during that time. I want to get another one to replace him, but not if folks here indicate that they are hard to keep alive? Tank is relatively new and has 10 hermit crabs, a peppermint shrimp and clownfish that have been stable for weeks.

They are easy if your tank is stable. The only ones I’d get are the skunk cleaners. Coral banded shrimp aren’t a great choice becaus when they are grown they will take fish.

They are easy but don't handle high nitrates well.
