What kind of water do you use when you do your water changes? What is your lighting?

we use water purchased from lfs for water changes, purified water for evap. fills, have a 54 gal . bow front corner with 1 -130 WATT PC, and 1 - 96 watt pc , both with 50 /50 bulbs.. no top on tank, skimmer in sump, with a wet-dri w/ bio balls, a rio 1700 puimp, a maxi jet 1200 ph, 80 lbs. of LS, 60-70 lbs. of LR. lights run 12 hrs. a day , 11 am - 11 pm........
