I am thinking about ordering the new seio wave maker but the smallest seio it is made to control is a 1100. Do you guys think (2) 1100 seio powerheads and the controller would be to much flow in a 46 gallon bow front?

Depends, if it's a LPS/softies tank yes i'd say it's a bit much.
If it's a SPS tank i'd go for it...

Are u sure the system won't run 2 620s or 820s? If not i'd forget the system and just get 2 620s or 820s.

with those powerheads you will not need a wavemaker. They blow soft and you will still get turbulent flow. Save your money and just get a couple of good powerheads.
That is my opinion.
