i just got a RBTA today for my 2 false percs, they haven't started hosting it yet(still early i know) but i wanted to know if it was posable for clowns to start hosting an anemone, months or even years after them being in the tank together? And what are the chances of false percs hosting a RBTA?

Yes, and the chances vary from clown to clown. Some will host, some don't want to. Some of them take seconds, others take months to host.

anyone that has a clown that took months, please tell me if you did anything to help it host or did it just happen one day?

I have a pair of Sebae clowns in my tank with 1 Caribbean flower and 1 Condi anenome. I know the clowns aren't supposed to like these because they're from the atlantic, but I like them and I'm waiting to get an RbTA or Sebae anenome in a couple months. Anyway, I didn't have much hope for them hosting, but earlier this week (after having been in the tank together over 4 months) my male just jumped right into the condi...one of the coolest things ever! The problem is that since that day, I haven't seen him back in there, so maybe they had an argument(?) LOL.

Sometimes it does take months especially if the Clownfish has never seen an Anemone.
FYI - Clownfish don't host Anemone. It's the other way around.
