I have a pair of clown fish and so far I have not found any ich on them. I've had them for 3 weeks now. Today I noticed that on different occasions, each one doing it seperately, that they go down to the sand and its like they scratch the side of there head/body on the sand. I've seen them each do it in almost the exact same spot each time.
I'm not certain if this is just a trait that they have or if its a symptom of ich. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I have read on the forum that scratching against rocks is a sign of ich, but I haven't read anything about scratching on the sand.
