Question about Lionfish Diet

I have a few fuzzy dwarf lions and I was wondering about proper diet. They now feed on Krill, squid, Formula I & II, and Flake food. I know that a diet of feeders all the time is very bad for their long term health, but is it bad not to ever have live fish in their diet?
I've been told that what i'm feeding is good, but I've also heard that them not getting any bone in thier diet is not good either.
Anyone know for sure?
Thanks

well most people feed frozen silversides and im pretty sure that these are very good to feed. they can survive quite well without live food. The trick is to make them think it's alive. I think yur diet sounds pretty good but u could substitute the silversides for the flake food and maybe add live ghost shrimp once amonth if u want to. silversides is bone but its just not alive.

What youre feeding them now is good. You have a multitude of different tastes and nutritional values. My only suggestion would be to feed more fresh seafood in the diet, and that includes the silversides as mentioned by fishy411. That will totally round out thier food intake and cover all the bases. You will have some very healthy lions.

I'd keep doing what you're doing and add silversides to the diet. My dwarf takes silversides, krill, squid, and mussels and is VERY healthy.
