Question about Marble Starfish

I recently bought a orange marble starfish a couple days ago. I acclimated him for 3 hours and added 3/4 cup of water every 10 minutes.
Today, he looks a little weird. My water quality is where it needs to be and temp is at 80 F.
Is there something wrong with him?
I've attached a picture.
Any advise is appreciated.

Hmmm, I have never owned one of those but it doesn't look "normal". Are those guts or is it eating? What are your tank parameters.
The thing that makes stars so hard (in addition to their dietary needs) is that they can die from conditions that they have experienced prior to you getting them. He could be suffering now for handling during capture.
It's kind of like some reptiles where it takes a while for them to appear ill.
I had one of my red knobbies end up in my anemone and it is weeks later showing some discoloration on the tips of it's arms that have me concerned. When I pulled mine from the mouth of the nem, he was stiff.
Maybe someone will come along that has better advice.

His one leg is stuck to the glass still and I can see his little sticky cup legs (not sure what you call it) still moving.
