Question about my aquapod

My question is about the led lights... just to clarify please tell me what those actually are.. i m looking under and in the middle of the actinic and the day lights there are two things that look light they lite up.. are those the led lights... if it is how do i turn those on.. please help thanks...

The LED's are the little blueish lights that are usually only like a single watt...The just slightly illuminate the tank.

yes, you run those at night to give a moonlight affect. My are are always on. I never turn them off.

well when all of my lights are on and even when they are off,, they are not on.. not even a little.. how do you turn it on???

my aquapod 12 gall came with those 2. they give u some type of cord u put in the back and plug it into the wall and it comes with an on and off switch i turn everythin off at night and leave them 2 running

yo nanokid.. i tried that when i first got it.. and i left it on to see what it was for and didnt see a difference.. if it is suppose to light it up a little in there i didnt see a thing..i will try again when i get home.. hope fully it works.. if not.. i ll leave it how it is... thanks

looking at the front of your tank go from left to right on the hood. The moon lights are the last switch on the right. You have to have to power cord plugged into it. It comes with a seperate transformer thingy. It looks like a cell phone charger.

Open the top and turn them on and see if they come on. It does add a little bit of light at night but not a whole lot. But you dont wont much anyway since you want your fish to sleep. My lights have 6 white and 6 Blue and I leave them on until I go to bed and then turn them off because they are so bright but with just 2 I would leave them on all the time.
