Question about my Tank SET-UP of Fish and Crabs

I have a 29 Gallon High Marine Tank Set-up and it's been running since mid November. I do 10 to 20% water changes every week or two to keep the water nice. I bought a Prizim Protein Skimmer and I have never used it.
The tank is stocked with a Clarkii Clown, Percula Clown, Pygmy Angelfish, Cleaner Shrimp, Emerald Crab, 4 Snails, 13 Crabs. Is this tank set-up OK, or do you think I will have problems in the future? I used a Regular Whisper Dual filter and Bio-foam filter and one penguin powerhead for water movement.
Any better suggestions?

What are your readings(ph, nitrate, ammonia)? What do you have for substrate and do you have any live rock?

Oh ya, Thanks I forgot to mention this. I have 55 lbs of Live Rock and 25 lbs of Live
Sand in the tank. All 4 tests are right on.

Sounds pretty good to me. Do you plan on getting any corals in the future?
I also have a 29gallon, 2 penguin filters, 55lbs lr, 35lbs ls, 2-95 watt vho, 3 powerheads and heater.
fish - sebae clown, percula, royal gramma, blue damsel, purple pseudochromis.
corals - several colored mushrooms, polyps, pearl and grape bubble, green and red open brains and candy cane.
I used to run a protein skimmer but took it off 2-weeks ago because of the noise and bubbles. So far so good.
