Question about PPE's with Bacteria - going into QT

Question please .... I am setting up a QT tank for my paly's .... they have some sort of bacteria - Tell me if I'm wrong .... for zoo's, clean "new" water, filter with no carbon ( so's not to feed the bacteria ) a powerhead, heater & good light .... and they should be OK - right??? I will dip them again in iodine before placing them in the QT tank, but I will wait for an answer first ..... Thanks!!
I have another QT tank for fish but it is occupied at the moment!! So I have to set up a new tank just for the zoa's .... is why I ask ....

not sure about qt for zoos, but you might try a freshwater dip or lugols (spelling). dip. there is another site with a lot of people with zoo experiance, you might try there. it hass a reef and a central.
