Question about Seahorses

Most tank bred seahorses are fed frozen food. I was intending to set up my 15 gallon as a brine shrimp breeding tank, but after reading further i am not so sure any more. Most info points towards feeding live food rarely~do to the possibilty of the seahorses eventually refusing to eat frozen foods.
I was also hoping that Ponie and other horse keepers could give me a list of meds to get. Also what foods and vitamin supplemtns to stock up on.
Sp far the site where I am planning to order from (EDIT LINK) recommends for mustangs mysis shrimp and adding a pinch of "Vibrance"??? on to the shrip before feeding. It also recommends if you do feed live brine sahrimp once or twice a month to feed the shrimp with vibramce as well.
The tank set up recommended:
Temp~ 68-82, prefered is 75
Ammonia 0
Nitire 0
Nitrate 0-10
PH: 8.2 -8.4
Salnity: 1.022-1.026

I have CB horses that eat frozen mysis. I soak it in zoe, selcon, and vitachem.I have never given my seahorses any live foods other than pods. I wouldn't go as low as 1.022 on the sg. I keep mine at 1.026 and the temp at 74. I have two kudas that I've had for about a year now.

brine is has little to no nutruental value after about 1-2 days after birth so mysis is the way to go instead of brine.
I havent heard of any refusing to eat frozen after they are weened to it.

They can be so picky about eating, even to the point of refusing one brand of mysis, if they are used to another.
