Question for SWF? Why Wild Caught Bangais?

hmm my lfs carries them next time i go in there ill ask if they are wild caught or captive bred. but they usually have some in stock. and im in the L.A area

I imagine they are cheaper.
The question is would the average buyer want to pay more money for them?

I would pay more for captive breed! just knowing that those fish had never seen the ocean and knew that my tank was the best they've ever seen!

but for the average buyer, no one that doesn't know any better would not pay more than they have too for the "same thing"...
Unfortunetly I can't say that when I first started in this hobby I wouldnt' have done the same thing.... Uneducated....

the EO smith school and some person who was at the show a couple weekends ago breeds them. i can try to get contact info for SWF.com if interested

swf posted a thing asking for support for the bizz ( there is a bill that will ban all breeding/trade of non native pets) but there not doing their part if there selling any wild fish that could be bread and stoping people form trading or selling means that their making it harder for more captive items to keep growing and devloping a new market I think I will be going to a diffrent site more
