Question on Anglefish..

I know that your not suppose to put more then one Angle fish per tank. Because they will fight. However, the other day I was at a friends house that has a 75 gal FOWLR. He had a coral beauty and a flam Angle in the same tank. I asked him about it and he said he has seen no problem. He had the Coral beauty for about a year and a half, and put the Flame Angle in there about 8 months ago. I was wondering if anybody else has any experience with these 2 fish together. Is this just an odd example. Or will these 2 angle fish get a long with each other....?

a firend of mine bought a tank off a guy and he had a flame and a keyhole angel in a 125 and they never bothered each other. I just assumed that it was because the tank was 6' long and there was ample room to roam.

Notice these are dwarf angels, but there are plenty of people with more then one angel in there tank. But they are usually dwarf angels, and in big FOWLR tanks.

A lot of hobbyists keep more than one angel per tank. Much depends on tank size and species, but it can certainly be done. Angels for the most part are territorial and this needs to be a consideration. Having enough space and lots of rock for shelter makes it more workable too.
