Question on Fish

I know saltwater fish are very prone to disease and such, but is it possible for a fish to die of something such as a heart attack?

Please tell us what happened. What sized tank do you have? How old is it? What fish is having/had a problem, and what are your water readings?

No, fish do not suffer from heart attacks. I will not say that it 100% could not happen, but 99.9999%
