Hi there
I purchased a new clownfish yesterday from the LFS. He is currently in my QT tank. He seems to be well acclimated, swimming around and eating flake foods that I offered today. I am noticing some white ich spots on him, as well as a larger "growth" on the tip of his anal fin. I was planning to do hypo, but I thought I would wait a week or so for him to get acclimated first. But now, seing these spots, I wonder if I should begin lowering the salinity right away.
Which is better, to wait a few days and let him acclimate to the new surrounding or begin the hypo immediately....?
Thanks for any assistance
