Question on lighting

Hello all again,
I'm in another crucial decision point in my setup and I've come seeking your aid once more...
I am setting up a 29 gallon reef tank (29" across, non-bowfront) and unfortunately I'm not sure where my fickle mind will take me in terms of corals, fish, and inverts... but I know I don't want to be hindered too much by any of the decisions I make now with lighting.
So I have read all the posts about lighting, and now I'm looking for someone to recommend a good lighting setup for a 29 gallon tank... I am looking for something that isn't DIY and won't hinder me too much, or require me to put any more devices in my tank (ie cooling).
I have read alot of arguments for T-5, and alot for MH... but I'm just looking for a company name that makes a reliable system, or a strict number I can apply to my shopping if nothing else.
you can email me if you would rather not say names of companies websites here at
m.muldowney@gmail.com
thanks in advance

I have been reading lots and have a few options thus far and your opinions mean alot so throw em if you got em

1: Nova Extreme T-5 fixture
Specs: length: 24'', Watts: 96, Bulbs: 4x24watt, 2 leds
Specs: length: 36'', Watts: 156, Bulbs: 4x39watt, 3 leds
2: Outer Orbit HQI MH/ comapct fluorescent
Specs: length: 24", Watts: 280, Bulbs: 1x150watt HQI MH & 2x60watt fluorescent actinic, 3leds
Specs: length: 36", Watts: 342, Bulbs: 1x150watt HQI MH & 2x96watt fluorescent actinic, 4 leds
3: Aqualight Pro HQI/Compact Fluorescent
Specs: length: 24", Watts: 280, 1x150watt HQI MH, 2x65watt fluorescent actinic, 2 leds
Specs: length: 36", Watts: 280, 1x150watt HQI MH, 2x65watt fluorescent actinic, 2 leds
more considerations as I browse more websites but so far these are the most compact and don't require me to drill holes in my apartment ceiling (or someone elses floor). Also my tank is just over 29 inches across... does that mean I should focus on the 24" series of lights or 36" series of lights I'm confused as to how to judge this based on the systems presented.
Thanks again.

Thanks to all for emails and posts by the way... keep em comming if you can :cheer:
Also currently considering the Tek T-5 systems...
opinions 4 or 6 bulbs at 24 watts each for a 29 gallon system (not deep)?
also im thinking the standard length for lighting to fit a 29" long tank is 24" is this correct?
