Question on my parameters

I just recently started using ESV Bionic 2 part calcium. My calcium is now 400 and my dKH is 15, Alk in meq/L is 5.37. From what I understand my dKH should be between 11-14. Am I correct? If so how do I lower my dKH. Does the first part of the Bionic lower or Increase the dKH? PH is 7.9 (right now it is 9:20pm), Amm 0, Ite 0, Ate 0. I change out water 5% biweekly using IO salt. Will the dKH lower my PH? My PH always stayed above 8 before I started using Bionic.

When trying to stabilize your Alk. and Ca using B-Ionic, it is OK to just use one of the two parts to try to get your parameters in line. Yes, part one does raise the Alk. Your Ca is close to what you want also 420-450 is good. You can stop dosing part one for a few days until your Ca goes up and your Alk comes down and then lower both doses to maintain those levels where you want them. Your pH should come in line once your alk stabilizes.
Another suggestion is to start using Reef Crystals or a similar reef based salt. IO is good salt, but the Ca is very low in it. It is directed more towards fish only systems where Ca is not important.
