question t5 light

just bought 8 brand new t5 bulbs for my nova extreme 8x54w fixture 4 10000k and 4 actinic...have had new bulbs running for bout 2 weeks one of the actinics burned out

.....does anyone have any ideas why....bad bulb?....problem with ballast?....I replaced this ballast bout month ago

i don't know, that really sucks but can post pics of your lights when they are woirking?

if its just one of eight bulbs out, then its either loose or bad bulb.

I know its blown bulb one end of it is black plus I switched diferent bulbs around and good bulbs work on the ballast, so my question is why would a brand new bulb blow or could the ballast have blown the bulb..just dont want to go buy new bulb and have it blow again if the ballast is causing the problem...
