How do i know if my tank would have enough pods for a red mandarin?

How much lr do u have, and how long has the tank been setup. Do you have a fuge? Do you have any fish like a sixline wrasse? After you tell us all that, we will have a better idea about your pod pop.

40 Punds of LR, No fuge been setup for about a year. I've got a flasher/Filament Fin Wrasse and its a 60gal

I would say you need more like 100# of LR, and no other pod eaters. (wrasse) Sorry.:nope:

I agree. You need to at least double your lr, and getting a fuge would help out alot. I dont think you could every support one w/ a wrasse though. They just eat too many pods.
