it's just goes by the number of posts you have unless it says shark...your name changes every fifty posts..

a shark is a moderator...They have proven their saltwater worthyness through posting ALOT of useful information.

They are the moderators here on the message board, and they usually have had quite a bit of experience, and lots of knowledge about whats what..
