Alright well i've had my tank for about 3 years but the past 3 months theres been nothing in it only the water and live rock. My question is , would it be easy to get it back up and running? What would i have to do?thanks

If you like the rock you have then first make some new saltwater. Then I would shake everything out of the rock that I could in the old saltwater to clean it as much as possible and then toss all of the water. Once the new saltwater was in the tank I'd get it going again with lights and waterflow. Then I'd find a nice piece of uncured rock to add to the tank just to add some life back in.
